What is Solderix?
A fun, LEGO-like system made of real printed circuit boards for building, exploring and truly understanding electronics, robotics and engineering. Completely modular and reusable.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Boards join with metal standoffs using only a screwdriver — no dangerous tools necessary. Older kids can move to real soldering with the patent-pending grooves, with supervision.
What age is it for?
Recommended 10+ solo, 8+ with a parent. Adults love it too — we have yet to see a kid or adult not being instantly excited about Solderix when they try it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Start with SolderBrix, our online visual programming tool, then graduate to MicroPython on the ESP32.
Hardware
Is SolderBit really micro:bit compatible?
Yes — SolderBit is fully compatible with the micro:bit connector. Your micro:bit accessories work with SolderBit, and a micro:bit can take SolderBit's place in a Zoom.
What's the difference between SolderBit and SolderBit Pro?
Pro adds an LCD screen, extra buttons, an audio jack, an SD card holder and more power. (Comparison table on /products.)
Can I reuse boards in another project?
Yes — that's the whole point. Unscrew the standoffs, rebuild something new.
What tools do I need?
None you don't have: every kit comes with a screwdriver and pliers.

How do I order?
Every product shows its price. Click Order, send the request, and we reply personally — usually within one business day — with availability, shipping to your country and delivery time.
Why no online checkout?
We want to talk to every customer before shipping a kit, especially classrooms and bulk orders. It also keeps your money safer — you pay only after we confirm everything.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. (We've shipped Pulsar Labs hardware to every continent.)
Do you offer bulk / classroom pricing?
Yes. Use the classroom request on /education or note the quantity in your order request.

Who makes Solderix?
The team behind Pulsar Labs — the first Croatian company with hardware in orbit. 8 years, 70,000+ units shipped worldwide. Solderix is a separate company in the same ownership, supported by Pulsar Labs makers forever.
Is Solderix environmentally friendly?
Reusable by design (outside the e-waste category), paper-only packaging, bulk shipping with last-mile fulfillment.
